work with me
Recovery from complex chronic illness starts by asking different questions.
If you've been living with chronic illness for years, you've probably done everything you were told to do.
You've seen specialists.
Taken medications.
Tried restrictive diets.
Spent thousands of dollars on supplements.
Read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Joined the Facebook groups.
Maybe some things helped.
Maybe nothing did.
Or maybe every new treatment seemed to help one symptom while another appeared in its place.
After a while, you begin to wonder if you'll ever understand what's happening inside your own body.
I want you to know something.:
You're not failing.
The system you're navigating often wasn't designed for the complexity of what you're experiencing.
why so many people stay stuck:
Most healthcare is organized around body systems.
A gastroenterologist treats the gut.
An endocrinologist treats hormones.
A rheumatologist treats autoimmune disease.
A neurologist treats the nervous system.
Each provider may be excellent at what they do, but complex chronic illness rarely stays inside one specialty.
The body doesn't separate itself into departments, and neither should your care.
I help people understand what's driving their symptoms and make meaningful changes that help them feel better.
I specialize in complex and chronic health concerns—including digestive issues, immune and inflammatory conditions, hormonal health, and other persistent symptoms that haven't been adequately addressed.
Get Your Life Back.
An integrated approach to recovery from complex chronic illness.
I help people with complex chronic illness get better.
We look at the biological drivers of your symptoms—nutrition, gut health, immune function, hormones, sleep, metabolism and other physiological factors—while also addressing the learned patterns and nervous-system responses that can keep your system stuck
The goal isn't to simply manage your symptoms. It's to understand what's driving them, address those root contributors, and help your body and brain move toward lasting change.
Many people come to me after years of managing symptoms rather than resolving what is driving them. My work is designed to go deeper—to identify the biological, behavioral, and nervous-system factors contributing to illness and address them together.
The goal is meaningful improvement: fewer and less severe symptoms, greater resilience, more stability, and ultimately getting back to a life that isn't organized around being sick.
Recovery Requires Looking at the Whole Picture
When someone comes to me with MCAS, POTS, IBS, chronic fatigue, histamine intolerance, fibromyalgia, hormone imbalances, or multiple overlapping diagnoses, I don't immediately ask,
"Which symptom should we treat first?"
I ask,
"What story is this body trying to tell?"
I want to understand how your immune system, gut, hormones, metabolism, nervous system, nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional health may be interacting.
Your symptoms don't happen in isolation.
Neither does your recovery.
