It starts with me learning about YOU so I can understand ingrained patterns, habits and sensitivities. We go deep on story and mindset for healing while we also set a baseline with labs as needed so that we can develop a clear path forward that will begin to address your total health and well-being.


Build Your Toolkit.

Next we create a realistic and sustainable plan that addresses your body’s specific imbalances, your stress response, your thought patterns and your unique microbiome.


Regulate Your Nervous System.

Now that we have established a solid foundation of nutrition, supplements, healthy habits, and new ways of thinking, it's time to build awareness of your nervous system so you can begin to listen and respond to what your body needs.


Deepen Your Connection to You.

Finally, learning to feel safe in your body is what leads to long and lasting health and vitality. In this step, we build upon the foundation we’ve set and we incorporate ancient and indigenous healing modalities and tools to ensure your new healthy habits and thought patterns are easier to maintain.

The work we complete together in this step will help you integrate everything you’ve learned and will serve you deeply after our work together is complete.

My 1:1 coaching program is designed to get you feeling great.

Each week, we'll work together to design a lifestyle that allows you to reach and maintain all your health goals. You'll learn how to create the right conditions for your body so that it can not only heal, but thrive.

This program is for you if you're ready to reach your goals and willing to put in the effort to get there. My clients experience enormous shifts in their physical, emotional, and psychological health; they successfully reach their health goals - and stay that way.

By working with me in this one-on-one four-month program, you will get deep support to get results.
